Dubbed the Wind Up Socket, the concept product automatically switches off appliances connected to it after a specified interval, preventing any waste. The socket features a wind-up

mechanism that can be set at an interval when the appliance is being plugged in. Once the wind-up mechanism finishes its rotation, the appliance is automatically switched off. The device seems great for all those moms and teens who don’t usually comprehend “half hour of TV time.” All the user has to do is to be sure of the appliance they’re plugging in for a specified time.
